The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Risk Officer and the Head of Enterprise Risk by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, handling expenses, and overseeing general office functions. This role will also provide administrative support to the wider department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange conference rooms, catering, and audio/video setups.
- Travel: Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Expense Management: Prepare and track expense reports and vendor payments.
- General Administrative Support: Handle technology requests, onboarding, office supplies, mail distribution, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
- Strong professionalism, business etiquette, and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, able to learn new tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
